If you are haven’t had family portraits done in a long time, now is the time. I have a new camera and a new lens for you! Plus this year I am planning on added a few more new lenses to my collection.

I just decided to dominate Christa’s Cake for Kids for the best bakery in East Valley, by far I haven’t ever tasted anything that good here in  Arizona.

This is how the end of the cake smash looks. Babies all tip it over or tear it apart. I love photographing them while they are eating this because each of them do different things. Some rip it open, some just nibble. The parents are usually surprised and have such a fun time watching them celebrate their babies 1st birthday with cake smash portraits

I love these socks for walking and around the house. Super thick and durable, they don’t get thinned out from the washer either. I had tons of tennis socks be destroyed from the washer. These have lasted me months and stick are thick.

Apple TV
We are excited for this to arrive so we can watch movies on Netflix and Amazon. You can push photos and video from your iphone, or ipad straight to your TV with this baby!

Bamboo Pen (my daughter on my desk) dropped this in my glass of water. I had to buy a new one. If you don’t already own one of these babies you will love it for photo editing. Saves your wrist.

We bought this set of kids dishes and food for my nephew who just turned 3. He was at our house and was playing with all the food. His parents said that he likes to help out in the kitchen making food so we thought this would be great for him to play with.
Learning Resources Cooking Set

Lunch with bread, milk and fruit. Super cute, we actually found this set at Christmas at Costco (only time I ever saw it) the basket is cute for them to carry around the food in.

Love this set if you are buying one set. We wanted the food as well for him.

Here is the little KidsKraft Play Kitchen. Boys and girls both that come over love it and want to play in it. I was surprised when my son was little he would have been so into it but you can get it at age 3 and they love it!

Dentist recommended this toothbrush and we LOVE it. Super small and helps a ton to get the tarter off.

Recipes I use I mix it up all the time for lunch and dinner. I don’t like a ton of veggies so I am just starting out doing whatever I can. I add the apple for dinner and lunch to make the veggies taste better.

kale, carrots, apples, spinach, cucumber, (you can do beet)

breakfast :

apples, pineapple, banana, strawberry.

Exercise:

You have to do something even if it’s 20-3o mins a day to lose weight. I started out slow and only did 20 minutes a time. Now by 2nd week I am up to an hour. I just go slow and take my time working my way up

I love what Joe says in the movie and repeat it all day long. “you do the crime you do the time” my favorite line!

Day 1-2 : bad headaches (migraines) so bad I couldn’t concentrate on anything. But by day 3 started to lift. I am also doing coffee enema’s because it removes the toxins out of your body much faster. You don’t have to do the coffee enema’s but it took my headaches away within an hour.

Day 4 : down 4 lbs, I am losing 1 lb per day.
This is the Juicer Joe used in the movie Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. Looking back I like this one a ton and kinda wish I went for it because mine takes a long time to clean up and I have to chop a ton just to get started. This one seems like you don’t have to as much.

Here is mine. I bought it because it runs slower to get more nutrients out. Faster ones get less out but still work great. I think something like 400 out of 700 people gave it 5 stars

Here is another great one, I did some research that people liked. Easy clean up and you can just pop your veggies in there. A few bad things about this one though, centrifugal juicers is that they don’t do leafy greens and herbs all that well.
