Can I review my photo portrait proofs online?
Yes you can have a proofing gallery sent to you. I will be changing this in a few months to in person proofing at the studio.

Clothing Color & Style Make the Difference:
• Darker shades are more slimming and flattering. Don't wear matching the exact same shade for the entire group or you blend into each other. Make sure to find at least 2 outfits that are off 1 shade difference.

• Wear something with sleeves, bare shoulders or tops with “spaghetti straps” often make the subject appear heavier. Unless you are very thin or in shape already and want to show off your arms.

• Solid colors are best: do not wear Stripes, plaids, pok-a-dot, patterns, checks, and bold prints draw the eye of the viewer away from the face

Hair
Wear your hair in your most comfortable style. Have your hair cut around a week before your session is scheduled. Don’t try a new hairstyle just for your session.

Skin Conditions
No worries if you have a few blemishes I can edit them out. If you were concealer that helps as well. Finished portraits can be fully retouched to eliminate blemishes and soften harsh lines. Editing process takes about 40+ hours
Glasses
We can remove normal glare on glasses, but tinted lenses cannot be lightened. It is best not to wear them because of the amount of glare it can cause especially with studio lighting.
Girls
Makeup can affect the way your portrait looks. Both fresh, natural makeup and “evening” makeup both photograph well. If you are doing a newborn session it is best to put your makeup on 15 minutes before the photos. There is a bathroom.
Men
A fresh shave is a must. If you have a beard or mustache, trim it to your liking at home.

This might help you decide on a date. I schedule an hour and a half before sunset

Leslie is a Mom who undestands & loves children:

I went to collage for computer animation and ART. Photography has been a part of my entire life since I was a kid. I would spend hours looking at my Grandparents National Geographic magazines. I would dream of being a photographer that traveled all over the world.  Capturing photos of unique individuals and places.  During our family events I was the one always behind the camera since I was about 14.  I took photography classes in high school where I learned lighting techniques and even developed my film in a darkroom.

After the birth of my son, my husband bought me my first SLR camera. My Mother in-law and friends inspired me to turn my hobby into a Profession that I am extremley passionate about. My hubby calls me the " Mamaparazzi ".
