Newborn sessions take place in Leslie’s natural light studio this will give you the advantage

to have all her entire 10 years of prop collection for boys and girls.

Ideally newborns should have their photos taken within the 1st -14 days of life. It is very important to schedule as soon as you can ahead of time.

(around the beginning of your 2nd trimester to ensure availability in getting newborn photos in those tight curled poses. Sessions average 2-3 hours

Twins $50 add on fee for any package: editing time is double 4-6 weeks turn around since there are two to edit.

I do offer lifestyle photography as well which is more of a candid

behind the scenes type style with no props or backgrounds in the comfort in your home.

This is a great choice for older babies from the age of 3-4 weeks who didn't have the chance to get into the studio in time for sleeping posed pictures.

Arizona The session includes Leslies time and talent along with backdrops and clothing changes. Leslie has a huge studio props with physical props plus extra backgrounds for older babies and children. The studio offers a fun, hip, but elegant and relaxed environment where we create a look that is timeless and sophisticated no matter what the weather. When the weather is warmer, let’s take it outside! Sessions at one of Central Phoenix’s scenic spots make for some amazing and unique images, especially if the location is special to you. So consider carefully where you’d like to have your session, or we can recommend a spot for you. Outdoor you can meet Leslie in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or the East Valley talk to her about where she would suggest the best background and light.

Pregnancy photography is a special time in your family's life because this time will only happen once during this special baby's time. Best time to get pregnancy photos taken is 32-36 weeks.

baby plan Photography mini sessions ( outdoor add $25) (ages 3 month & up)

Baby Milestone Session – ( Monday, Friday and Sunday sessions)
This session is for 1 child for their milestone session, one background, 2 outfits. (Of course there is a discount for multiple bookings – I have a Milestone Loyalty Program that offers 20% off each subsequent session *valid for milestone sessions ONLY – must be for same child!) These sessions typically last 40 minutes. I usually recommend capturing 3-months, 6 and 9 months and milestones at a minimum! these can not be done for one year session

PRINTING YOUR FILES
Along with a USB drive of high-resolution images, we also upload your images to our print fulfillment site (www.lesliestyler.com) which links to our professional lab. This printer is a pro-level lab, so they will match the color calibration information in the files and properly print the images. Their prices are competitive with other consumer labs and they ship right to your front door. Easy! But Don’t worry! Leslie knows this can be intimidating for some clients, so she will can help you print should you need it. leslie has been in business for 6 years working her eye for color and coordinating. She can match your your photos with your home she would love to come custom design anything for you.

When purchasing your digital images we offer.. After viewing the images in your private image gallery, you can either purchase the images individually or as a digital collection. When you purchase the digital images you will receive a digital download link where you will download the images you have purchased or the digital collection you have purchased. The digital download link will include the image(s) in both high-resolution.. The high-resolution image(s) will be in a 300dpi format(s) will be emailed to your friends and family.

Policies

Retainer

Leslie Styler Photography requires 50% of your total session fees upon booking your session date.
This is a non-returnable retainer and reserves your session day exclusively for you.
Your appointment cannot be reserved until the session fee retainer is paid, so please submit the session fee retainer
payment along with these forms as soon as possible. Your deposit must be received within 5 days before your scheduled
appointment or your session may be cancelled without notice. In the event that your session is scheduled within 5 days from the current date,
your retainer is due immediately. Although session deposits are NON refundable, they are applicable.
That means it goes towards your session fee total. In the event of complete cancellation however, it is non- refundable.
However, if you need to reschedule, your retainer will still be put towards your session, just on a different date.
The session deposit fee will be forfeited if a session is cancelled without rescheduling or if the session has been rescheduled
more than once. No-shows will not be refunded, nor will they be rescheduled.

Newborn sessions

When booking a newborn baby session you are agreeing you are booking for your baby's first 2 weeks of life.
If you can't make it for any of those weekend dates then session deposit fee will be forfeited if a session is cancelled or
if the session has been rescheduled more than once. No-shows will not be refunded, nor will they be rescheduled.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS- hour sessions only
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you may move your schedule session date once.
Times and dates can be limited. Please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your session date to reschedule,
and I will happily apply your deposit toward your re-scheduled date(s). If you do not contact me before the 48 hour
deadline to let me know you will not be able to make your date, I will be forced to keep your non-refundable deposit,
as I will be unable to fill your cancelled session with a replacement client on such short notice. If you are scheduled
for an outdoor shoot and it’s raining, hailing, snowing, or there is lightning your shoot will be rescheduled without
penalty or you may choose to do your session inside. I do not reschedule sessions due to overcast or cloudy weather.
PAYMENT
Session fees are due in full before scheduled session day. Payments may be paid through Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, check or cash. All payments made are non-refundable.

The images may be prints from the Professional Printing company I use.
Images are not intended to be printed at CVS, Walgreens, Sams Club,

Disclaimer
It is thoroughly understood by the client that digital images are not to be copied or
distributed commercially in any way and are for personal use only. Any and all use of the
images for commercial use must be approved by photographer
without exception. Leslie Styler Photography reserves the copyright of all images.
DO NO EDIT OR ALTER THE IMAGES IN ANY WAY.
Deposits for your session is due no later than seven days after booking.
If session despot is not received in this time frame, your session date will be removed
from by booking calendar. Thank you for your understanding.

All print orders are non-refundable.

I am a proud member of NPS & PPA.

Company policy: If there are any problems with the images or receiving the CD, you have 30 days to contact Leslie about them. Otherwise they will be dismissed refunds will not be made at this point. If your Flash drive is lost in the mail you are welcome to pay for a 2nd one after a 30 days period. retainer have to be used in 3 months and are non transferable or refundable. 3 months to have the problem solved.When ordering prints you have 45 days to order after such time it’s voided. no refunds on gift cards.

Since I am a natural light photographer due to storms and dark clouds sessions might have to be rescheduled. At the moment I do not use studio lighting, I will be in the future.
